Installation and trouble shooting
knowledge of metal halide fixtures from 50W to 1000W and hi-pressure sodium
fixtures from 100w to 1000w.
Knowledge and troubleshooting if
wall packs from 50w to 400w for metal halide and hi-pressure sodium.
Troubleshooting of open circuits
from buildings to pole lights and from pole to pole.
Knowledge of all codes and
regulations.
Knowledge of OSHA safety
regulations.
Must be able to work from heights
of 6ft to at least 80ft.
Knowledge and troubleshooting of
neon signs and lights. (7500 volt
to 15000 volt)
Knowledge and troubleshooting of sign lamps and
ballast.
Ability to troubleshooting and solve direct shorts
and open circuits.
Ability to communicate to customers
electrical work in layman terms (A Must)
Installation of new circuits (lighting
or power) into preexisting panels.
EXPERIENCE
2+ years experience would be ideal to have a working
knowledge of our business and how it is maintained. If you have computer knowledge or smart phone
experience then tell us it will definitely help you in our consideration. We do
not tend to do well with apt. maintenance workers we have found their
experience to be so basic and sloppy for us that we do not keep them
employed. We do very well with a
military trained person we have noticed that they flourish in our structured
environment.
$17.00 to $22.00 Pay will be based on knowledge and experience.
You
will be requested to bring pictures of your work capabilities. If you have talent please be ready to
demonstrate it, it shows us that you are a cut above the rest!
