Circle-E. has served the Dallas / Ft. Worth Metroplex since 1969 as a true Texas family owned business, Circle-E. began as a handyman that meet a property manager and fell in love. The property manager is Seann Slosson's mother and the handy man is James Elliott's father. Lawrence Elliott was a builder and maintainer Debra Elliottt was the sales person and the charm they saw a opportunity that ...changed things forever. They set out to make a company that served property managers and facility managers relieving them of the maintenance headache. At first Circle-E was just a porter service and handy man service for commercial properties not performing any state licensed work and working out of thier house in the Eagle Mountain Lake area.
Seann Slosson started with the company in 1992 as a grunt and porter he learned how to build though and realized he could build more then a wall but a business. As a business grad student of UTA Seann saw alot of opportunity to grow the concept. So he retired his parents and started selling with a fax machine, cell phone and a pick up truck with only a few property managers as his clients and 2 employees Seann started to promote his idea of a proffessional maintenance company that serves business to business with same standards as the fotune 500 companies he was studying about. Then in 1995 came a big break for Circle-E. Seann Slosson got paired up with Pelita Moors at his church. Pelita saw the customer service and attention to detail that Circle-E. is still known for and requested that Circle-E. handle all the interior and exterior lighting for The Home Depot. Today Circle-E. is servicing other major lables including, Walmart, Steak N Shake, Cracker Barrell, Red Lobster because Circle-E. offers a warranty on their work and will always rise to any occassion that comes their way..
