• Painting – this does not mean your experience is your honey do list
• Sheetrock
• Tape and float of sheetrock
• Repair and install all types of wall and floor tile.
• Repair and install ceiling tile and grid.
• Carpentry knowledge. – be familiar with a 1/16^th on your tape measure
• Different applications of paint and basic texture knowledge.
• Concrete application knowledge and masonry.
• Installation of doors
• Fabrication of various products from scratch with no instructions is very common in our line of work so troubleshooting skills are asked to be proven.
• Should have communication skills to up sell other depts. repairs as well as your own work.
• Effective, timely and organized.

EXPERIENCE

2+ years experience would be ideal to have a working knowledge of our business and how it is maintained. If you have computer knowledge or smart phone experience then tell us it will definitely help you in our consideration. We do not tend to do well with apt. maintenance workers we have found their experience to be so basic and sloppy for us that we do not keep them employed. We do very well with a military trained person we have noticed that they flourish in our structured environment.

Pay will be based on knowledge and experience.

You will be requested to bring pictures of your work capabilities. If you have artistic or musical talent please be ready to demonstrate it because it does show that you are a cut above the rest!
